By the end of the seminar, participants will be able to:
• To relate how CSR can act as a driver of innovation and growth for their company, improving competitiveness and enhancing customer engagement.
• Describe international CSR trends in Cyprus and other countries in Europe and worldwide and how they can be applied to the business models of small and medium-sized companies in Cyprus.
• Classify various models of CSR strategy design within frameworks such as ISO 26000, B Corporation Certification and the Triple Bottom Line (TBL), with examples of their adaptation to Cypriot businesses.
• Develop corporate planning of integrated CSR strategies and execute it in alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.
• To organize innovative marketing campaigns that will highlight CSR initiatives, enhancing the visibility and loyalty of their investor clients.
• To advocate for the development of a deep commitment to integrating CSR at every level of corporate culture and operations, aiming for its long-term innovative sustainability in the company.
• Participate in collaborative approaches, where leadership, employees and partners engage collectively in responsible business activity, and with other business organizations, NGOs and other European and Cypriot stakeholders

Instructor: Natasha Loizou
Natasa Loizou is an international consultant, trainer and researcher with over 20 years of experience in innovation management and leadership across global organizations. Her expertise spans defense, security, public administration, and science and technology, equipping her with the strategic vision and ability to design innovative, human-centred solutions for businesses, governments and organisations. Natasa holds an MSc in International Security (University of Bristol) and a BA in Politics and International Relations (University of Kent at Canterbury), both with honours. Her certifications on Social Science Research Methods (University of Bristol), in Agile Project Management (InterAmerican Bank of Development) and Innovation (Universidad de Salamanca) highlight her capacity for leading transformational initiatives. Among her notable achievements, she successfully led the reduction of over 50,000 firearms and 21 tons of ammunition and established five Federal Innovation and Transfer Centers to enhance collaboration between academia and industry in Argentina. In 2021, Natasa was honoured by the United Nations as a Woman Leader in Disarmament and Arms Control Policies in Latin America, recognising her pioneering contributions to gender-sensitive security policies.
