By the end of the seminar, participants will be able to:

• Develop and document how the business model of the company is designed so that it is able to absorb maximum revenue with a flexible, adaptable and financially viable structure, infrastructure and staff.
• Develop a wide range of innovative models for new and existing businesses.
• To organize and combine all of the above into a fully detailed business plan, with different scenarios, structures and management models.
• Create and correctly use a list of key performance indicators that will allow them to analyze and understand their performance in depth and ultimately review certain processes, based on the benchmarks included in the initial business plan.
• Participate in the process of creating an instinct and knowledge of innovation to continuously seek differentiation and change

Instructor: Panagiotis Iacovides
Panayiotis Jacovides holds a Master’s degree in International Management from KEDGE Business School (Grande Ecole – Bilingual) in Marseille (2011) and a BSc in Economics from the University Paul Cézanne in France (2008).
While a Master’s student, in 2009 he started his career as an International Sales Manager at West Medica in Canada. Panayiotis is promoted to Director of Business Development for South America, after about a year (2010), and moves to Lima, Peru. As a continent director and head representative, Panayiotis had to organise the supply and distribution chains in South America, change the prices and pricing schemes (adapted to the new continent) and run teams of national distributors in more than 10 countries.
A year later, at age 25, he creates his first trading company for medical equipment and consumables in Mexico. The company operates with a system of local exclusive distributors, a system that was designed from scratch by Panayiotis and sustained the company without any people of the payroll.
Returning to Europe, he founded the business consulting firm “The Experts Alliance” specializing in the areas of business planning, strategic restructuring, internationalization, mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising. The firm engaged in over 400 projects / studies during the last decade.
During his career he has taught in several universities and business schools (mainly post-graduate and MBA) modules related to Internationalization, Entrepreneurship and Governance of large organizations.
He is a professional trainer in productivity, internationalization, entrepreneurship, negotiations and ethics.
In February 2015 he was unanimously elected President of the French-Cypriot Chamber of Commerce in Marseille, France, a position that was held until February 2024.
