Description of Diploma:
The diploma consists of 5 training modules-seminars and it can be completed within 5 months. Through this practical modules the participants will acquired the knowledge and the skills required that are necessary for effective office management. It will help them to be promoted in the position of “Office Manager.” Beyond the academic background the training modules are enriched with practical case studies, real life examples, role playing, and strategic planning so that they will be equipped for the position of an Office Manager. It includes modules such as office management, policies, processes and documents needed for human resources management. Customer service and effective debt collection.

By the end of each seminar participants will be awarded a certification of completion for each seminar and at the end of all five courses they will be additionally awarded the Office Management Diploma.
