Diploma Description:
This diploma consists of five educational modules-seminars and can be completed within five months. Through these practical modules, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills required for effective office management, preparing them to apply for or be promoted to the position of “Office Manager.” In addition to the academic background, the training modules are enriched with practical examples, case studies, role-playing and strategic planning, ensuring that participants will be able to cope with the demands of the position with ease.
The Diploma Has Local and International Recognition
The diploma is recognized by Courseware Institute of USA thus giving the validity and credibility of one of the largest educational organizations of professional qualifications. At the end of each seminar participants will be awarded a certificate of participation and upon completion of all 5 seminars the Office Management will be additionally awarded Diploma . The minimum score in the final exam is 60%.
The Diploma consists of the following 5 educational modules-seminars:
1. Effective Office Management (2-days)
In this module, participants will acquire specialist skills in effective office, facility, staff and supplier management. In addition, they will be taught project coordination methods and the organization of corporate events, enhancing their ability to run complex administrative functions efficiently and accurately.
2. Policies, Procedures and Documents for HR Management (2 Days)
During this two-day module, participants will develop the skills necessary to formulate policies, procedures and forms that are critical to the smooth running of the HR department. Training will focus on drawing up employment contracts and accurately completing the required forms for various government agencies, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and improving administrative efficiency.
3. Leadership for Maximum Business Performance (2 Days)
In this module, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to develop into effective leaders, applying appropriate methods to achieve business goals. They will explore the different levels of leadership and study the laws of leadership, gaining the ability to successfully lead their teams. In addition, the module includes coaching practice , enhancing their abilities to guide and inspire their partners towards optimal business performance.
4. Quality Service To Create Loyal Customers (2 Days)
Quality service is a fundamental factor in developing and maintaining a loyal customer base, making it necessary to train every employee to provide a high level of service. The two-day course will include intensive practice in customer service techniques, covering a wide range of interactive methods such as face-to-face meetings, telephone communication, teleconferencing and e-mail. This comprehensive training aims to strengthen the ability of employees to effectively respond to the needs of customers, thus contributing to the creation of long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
5. Artificial Intelligence to Increase Productivity (2 Days)
In this module, participants will be trained in the use of various artificial intelligence applications with the aim of increasing the productivity of their business. They will acquire the skills to create agreements, presentations and other materials in a short time, while improving business processes and operations. The implementation of these technologies will lead to a reduction in inconvenience for both employees and customers, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business activities.
