Seminar Description: Human Productivity Lab
A training program combining strategic reorganization, innovative human resource management methods, neuroleadership, HR Analytics, and digital productivity tools. The program integrates the latest international trends with practical applications, providing participants with modern knowledge, skills, and behaviors. The goal is organizational transformation and the cultivation of a culture of productivity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
Training Objectives
Upon completion of the training program, participants will be able to:

– Describe international productivity trends (AI, automation, hybrid work, behavioral economics, well-being, sustainability).
– Formulate the organization’s vision and its relevance to global trends.
– Categorize and relate examples of pioneering organizations (Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, TSMC, McKinsey, Singapore, etc.) to potential applications in the Cypriot market.
– Outline the key characteristics of modern organizational structures.
– List the benefits of modern organizational structures compared to traditional ones.
– Enumerate HR Analytics, neuroproductivity, and neuroleadership techniques that support innovation and continuous improvement.
– Name the core components of a Productivity Action Report (KPIs, deliverables, timelines, accountable supervisors).
Skills Level
– Develop and structure a new organizational model aligned with corporate vision and growth strategy.
– Select and justify the use of HR Tech, HR Analytics, and dashboard tools to boost productivity.
– Explain the principles of neuroproductivity and neuroleadership.
– Correlate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with HR Analytics and justify data-driven human resource management practices.
– Organize and present proposals for creating an incentive system based on behavioral economics.

Subsidy from the Human Resources Development Authority
The program has been approved by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) as a Vital Importance program. Businesses/organizations that participate with their employees, as well as self-employed individuals, will receive the relevant subsidy, provided that the HRDA’s conditions are met.
Cancellation Policy
The subsidy applies to those who successfully complete the training and the consultation meeting. If you are unable to participate, you must inform our academy at least 8 days before the training; otherwise, a charge will apply.
