Diploma Description
The Human Resources Management Diploma in Cyprus was created with the aim of providing the knowledge and methodology to those who want to work in managerial positions in human resource management and other departments. It consists of 5 educational modules-seminars. All training courses are accredited by the Courseware Institute of USA. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive the “Human Resources Management Diploma” which is an additional professional qualification. Training emphasizes best practices for human resource management, leadership to maximize business performance. It also covers topics such as employment law, how to create sound HR policies, procedures and forms. In addition to the academic background, the training is enriched with practical examples, case studies and enables participants to practice the new skills they acquire. The diploma is particularly useful to all managers who want to build high-performing teams and use artificial intelligence to improve their department.

The Diploma is approved by the Courseware Institute of USA
The diploma is recognized by the Courseware Institute of U.S.A. thus giving the validity and credibility of one of the largest professional qualification training organisations. At the end of each seminar, the participants will be awarded a certificate of participation and upon completion of all 5 seminars, the Human Resources Management Diploma will be additionally awarded. The minimum score in the final exams to obtain the diploma is 60%.

Educational Modules – Seminars for Obtaining the Diploma

1. Employment Law in Cyprus (2 Days)
In this module, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the legislations that belong to the wider framework of labor legislation in Cyprus. Court decisions will also be analyzed in order to clarify the various legal provisions and achieve a better understanding of them.

2. Policies, Procedures and Documents for HR Management (2 Days)
Participants will acquire the necessary skills to create policies, procedures and forms that are critical to the smooth running of the HR department. They will learn to draw up employment contracts and accurately fill out the required forms for the various government agencies.

3. Innovative Methods of Human Resources Management (3 Days)
Through training exercises, participants will understand the role of the human resources manager, develop objective evaluation criteria, employee promotion systems and staff motivation methods.

4. Leadership for Maximum Business Performance (2 Days)
Participants will learn to become effective leaders, using the right methods to achieve business goals. They will examine the different levels of leadership and the laws of leadership, gaining the ability to effectively manage their teams. The module also includes practical training in Coaching.

5. Artificial Intelligence to Improve Business Processes (2 Days)
Participants will learn to leverage various AI applications to increase their business productivity. They will be able to create agreements, presentations and other materials in a short time. In addition, they will improve business processes and operations, reducing inconvenience for employees and customers.

Training Dates
If a seminar is fully booked or the scheduled dates are not convenient, you have the option to transfer your enrollment to the next semester or access the course as an on-demand online program. To make the transfer, simply inform the admissions office at least 10 days before the seminar’s start date.
