Adonis Anastasiou is a self-made entrepreneur who began his journey in 1999 with zero capital—actually with a negative bank balance—and no external support. Through resilience, vision and relentless work, he rose to become one of the leading figures in the business training sector.
He holds a degree in Administrative Management and Economics from California State University of Los Angeles and later pursued postgraduate studies in Strategic Management at Henley Management School. Upon returning to Cyprus, the transition was challenging. However, his passion for marketing and human resources helped him establish himself as a reputable business consultant and certified business trainer.
With years of dedication and consistent performance, he founded Adonis Business Academy, which is accredited by the Human Resources Authority of Cyprus and is now regarded as one of the top business academies in the country. The Academy achieved a national record by organizing the highest number of business seminars in Cyprus for four consecutive years (2013–2016).
Since 2013, the Academy has been offering the “Human Resources Management with AI Diploma,” “Advanced Digital Marketing with AI Diploma,” “Business Administration with AI Diploma,” and “Office Management with AI Diploma,” all of which carry national and international accreditation.
In 2010, Adonis began a collaboration with Google, becoming the first Certified Google Advertising Professional in Cyprus. Today, the Academy remains an active Google Partner. In 2023, he also earned the “Certified Gen AI” qualification from Google.
In addition to his work at the Academy, he has taught at the University of Central Lancashire and Cyprus College for the Social Media and Internet Marketing Professional Diploma.
